Applications

The hose is used for hydraulic oils, mineral oils, glycol-based oils, polyglycol, synthetic esters and water in hydraulic systems with medium and high working pressures. The MultiPRESS SMOOTH 1SC hose features significantly increased flexibility and longer service life, and its parameters exceed the requirements of EN 857 1SC. The smooth cover, smaller outside diameter and smaller bend radius (compared with 1SN) perform well in tight machine installations, in mobile and stationary hydraulics, in the temperature range from -40°C to +120°C.

Product selection

When selecting a MultiPRESS SMOOTH 1SC hose, determine: (1) the maximum working pressure of the system - it depends on the size, from 225 bar for DN06 to 88 bar for DN25, and the burst pressure is four times the working pressure; (2) the required inside diameter - resulting from the flow capacity and flow velocity; (3) the minimum bend radius - important when installing in tight spaces; (4) the operating temperature range of the medium and the surroundings. Compatibility

Crimp fittings, ferrules and connectors for the 1SC hose can be selected in the Crimp Fittings and Nipples sections. The fitting, ferrule and hose must come from a compatible set, and crimping is carried out with the correct tool, in accordance with the manufacturer recommendations. The hose is intended for hydraulic oils, mineral oils, glycol-based oils, polyglycol, synthetic esters and water.
