Pressure washer fittings - plugs, connectors, adapters, lances and nozzles - you will find them at RATEBO
A pressure washer hose works under high pressure, and its end fittings must match the gun, the lance, the hose reel or the washer itself. At RATEBO you will find lance plugs, reel plugs and blocks, universal threaded fittings, connectors, adapters, spray guns and lances, nozzles and small parts for washers of brands such as Karcher, Nilfisk, Stihl, Husqvarna, Bosch, Black&Decker, Parkside, Lavor and Kranzle. You can match crimp-on fittings to DN06, DN08, DN10 and DN12 hoses, and on the subcategory pages you can narrow the list with filters, including DN diameter, Thread, Plug diameter and Compatibility.
What are pressure washer fittings for?
A fitting connects a high-pressure hose to a gun, a lance, a hose reel or the washer itself. When a plug wears out or a hose has to be shortened or repaired, you do not need to buy the whole line: a new crimp-on fitting is enough, crimped onto the hose with a crimping machine. We sell crimp-on fittings without a crimp ferrule, so the ferrule has to be chosen separately. You will find complete pressure washer hoses in the Industrial hoses section, in the Pressure washers subcategory: they include the MultiPRESS WASH 1K hose for washers up to 280 bar and hot water hoses from Polyhose up to +155°C.
Which fitting fits your washer?
- Karcher - the BAYONET reducer for K2-K7 series guns, the reel plug, the 8.7 mm lance plug and the swivel lance plug for K5, K6 and K7, the old-type plug, the M18-M22 lance and nozzle reducer set for HD and HDS, and the TR4-M22 fitting for the Easylock system.
- Nilfisk, Stihl and Husqvarna - the reel plug for Nilfisk C Compact, D Dynamic, E Excellent and P Premium, for Stihl RE (from RE 88 to RE 130) and for Husqvarna, the reel plug for Stihl RE 130 Plus and 170 Plus and the DN06 lance plug for Stihl and Nilfisk washers.
- Bosch, Black&Decker, Stanley, Macallister, Stiga and Michelin - the DN6 8 mm plug and the DN6 9 mm plug for crimping, the plug for the Bosch POWER WASHER and BAYONET adapters for Bosch and Black&Decker guns.
- Parkside, Lavor and Kranzle - the Parkside PHD 110 plug, the Parkside reel block, the Lavor plug, the Lavor BAYONET adapter and the stainless steel Kranzle fitting for the Therm 635-1, 875-1 and 895-1 models.
We give brand names only to indicate which devices our fittings (Karcher-type, Nilfisk-type, Stihl-type and others) fit. They belong to their respective owners.
How to choose a fitting for a pressure washer?
Before you order, check four things: the make and model of the washer, the hose DN, the thread or plug diameter, and the operating parameters. We discuss each of them below, and if you have doubts, write to us - we will help you choose a fitting.
Make and model of the washer
A lance plug, a reel plug and a reel block differ in dimensions, so a fitting from one washer does not always fit another, even within one brand. The description of the Parkside PHD 110 plug warns that it does not fit all Parkside models, and the Parkside reel block fits only washers with a hose reel, so check the mounting on both the washer side and the gun side, because Parkside used several systems. That is why you should compare the plug dimensions with your coupling before buying. The Compatibility filter helps; it works, among others, in the Lance Plugs, Reel Plugs & Cubes and Adapters subcategories.
Hose DN
A crimp-on fitting has to match the inside diameter of the hose. Most fittings in our range are for DN06 (6 mm) and DN08 (8 mm) hoses, and there are also fittings for DN10 and DN12. Check the diameter of your hose in the markings on the hose or in the washer's manual, and in the subcategories use the DN diameter filter to see only the matching fittings.
Thread and type of connection
Our range includes the 22x1.5 metric thread (written M22) and the 1/4", 3/8" and 1/8" inch threads, and among accessories for high-pressure washers also M24x1.5 and M18. You will also meet TR4 in EASYLOCK coupling replacements and LS3 in some foam lances. A female thread connects to a male thread of the same size, so check which one you have on your side. If the threads do not match, you can join them with an adapter or a connector, and the guide to thread types: BSP, NPT, UNF, ORFS and metric describes how to measure a thread and tell an inch thread from a metric one.
Pressure, flow and temperature
Choose fittings and accessories to match the washer's parameters. Product descriptions give the limits, e.g. the BAYONET reducer for Karcher K2-K7 guns is rated for a maximum of 200 bar and 60°C, the MV925 gun is rated 310 bar, 30 l/min and up to 160°C, the DN10 crimp-on fitting with an M24x1.5 nut is for 700 bar, and the KRET-type sewer nozzle for 350 bar and 155°C. For cold water choose a CW lance, and for hot water an HW lance.
Spray guns, lances and nozzles
In the Spray guns and lances subcategory you will find washer guns (e.g. the MV925 with an M22 thread on the inlet and 1/4" on the outlet and the swivel M22-M22 version), stainless steel CW lances for cold water (from 500 to 2000 mm) and HW lances for hot water (from 700 to 1500 mm), foam lances with a bottle for detergent, and handles that go onto the hose at the fitting and protect it from kinking. CW lances come in straight versions (with a reducer to an M22 thread), bent versions (1/4" M) and complete versions (22x1/4"), HW lances in straight and bent versions, and bent lances can be ordered in other lengths.
Nozzles are 25° stainless steel water nozzles in sizes from 030 to 060, rotating nozzles and sewer cleaning nozzles, including the KRET-type 3+1 nozzle with a spring and the stainless steel 3+1 nozzle. Sewer nozzles are also used to break up ice during frosts. They are complemented by small parts from the Other subcategory: M18 nozzle retaining nuts, inlet water filters for the washer, O-rings and the M18-M22 lance and nozzle reducer set.
When to replace a fitting?
If a fitting leaks, has a damaged thread or works loose on the hose, replace it with a new one. While you are at it, check the seal, e.g. the O-ring in a lance plug, and the condition of the hose itself. If the hose is damaged, order a whole new line instead of crimping a fitting onto a worn hose.

Frequently asked questions about pressure washer fittings
How do I check which fitting fits my washer?
Take off the old fitting and check three things: the hose diameter (DN), the thread type or the plug diameter in millimetres, and the make and model of the washer. In the subcategories use the DN diameter, Thread, Plug diameter and Compatibility filters, and the product descriptions advise comparing the plug dimensions with your coupling. If you are not sure, write to us and give the model of the washer or send a photo.
Is a crimp-on fitting sold with a crimp ferrule?
No. We sell crimp-on fittings without a crimp ferrule, which is crimped onto the hose together with the fitting, so the ferrule has to be chosen separately to match the hose diameter. If you do not know which ferrule will fit, contact us.
What does 22x1.5 mean?
It is a metric thread with a diameter of 22 mm and a pitch of 1.5 mm, also written as M22 or M22x1.5. In our range you will find universal fittings with a 22x1.5 thread for DN06-DN12 hoses.
What do the letters F and M next to a thread mean?
In the Thread filter a letter can follow the size: F means a female thread and M a male thread. For example, 1/4" F is a 1/4" female thread, and M22 M is a male M22 metric thread.
What is the difference between a CW and an HW lance?
A CW lance is for cold water and an HW lance for hot water. The stainless steel lances come in several lengths: CW from 500 to 2000 mm and HW from 700 to 1500 mm.
Are there EASYLOCK replacement connectors in the range?
Yes. Among the brass connectors some are EASYLOCK replacements with a TR4 thread, in AB and BB versions, with 22x1.5, 1/4" or 3/8" threads. In connector names the letter A means the side with a nut or a female thread and B the side with a male thread (AA is two female sides, AB one female and one male, BB two male). For DN6 and DN8 hoses there is also the TR4-M22 crimp-on fitting for Karcher washers with the Easylock system.
What is a KRET-type sewer nozzle for?
It is a 3+1 nozzle: three orifices pointing backwards increase the forward thrust and one pointing forwards breaks up the deposits. It is used to clear sewer pipes with a pressure washer, and the spring makes it easier to guide the hose through bends in the pipes. It screws onto a hose with a 1/8" male thread, e.g. with the crimp-on fitting for a 1/4" and 1/8" thread for sewer cleaning.
Where can I buy a complete pressure washer hose?
You will find complete hoses for pressure washers and for hot water in the Industrial hoses section, in the Pressure washers subcategory.
