Polyhose hoses in the RATEBO range

Polyhose is a brand of hydraulic and industrial hoses that you will find at RATEBO in a wide range of types, diameters and working pressures. In one place we bring together constructions reinforced with steel and textile braid, steel spirals, as well as thermoplastic, PTFE and specialist hoses. Every product has a variant table with technical parameters (inner and outer diameter, working and burst pressure, bending radius, weight), and most of them also have a product datasheet in PDF.

What we offer

Hydraulic hoses with steel braid - types 1SN and 2SN to EN 853 and compact 1SC and 2SC to EN 857, for the power hydraulics of machines, vehicles and industrial equipment.
High-pressure hoses with steel spiral - types 4SP, 4SH and R15 for work at high pressures and in systems with strong pressure impulses.
TWIN hydraulic hoses - two lines in one construction, convenient where both supply and return are needed and installation space is limited.
Pressure washer hoses - lines for hot and cold water and for cleaning applications.
PTFE (Teflon) hoses - for chemically aggressive media and work at elevated temperatures.
Industrial and specialist hoses - for fuels and oils, steam, central lubrication and sandblasting.
Protective guards and sleeves - spiral guards and sleeves that extend the life of lines exposed to abrasion.

How to choose a hose

When selecting a hose, check above all: the type of medium and its temperature, the working pressure with a margin for pressure peaks, the nominal diameter (DN) matched to the flow rate and velocity, the minimum bending radius at the installation point and the external conditions (abrasion, ozone, ambient temperature). In the product tables you can narrow the list with the DN diameter and Manufacturer filters, and after clicking a SKU you will see the full set of variant parameters.

End fittings and assembly

For the hoses you can choose crimp end fittings, ferrules and couplings from our Hose fittings and Nipples sections at RATEBO. Remember that the end fitting, ferrule and hose must come from a compatible set, and crimping is done on the proper tool, following the manufacturer's recommendations. If you are unsure about the set, write or call - we will advise.
