Vitillo hoses in the RATEBO range
Vitillo is an Italian power hydraulics manufacturer based in Ariano Irpino, operating since 1991. The company designs, manufactures and distributes fittings, adapters, hydraulic hoses and rigid shaped tubes for medium and high pressures, and the brand's motto is "We feel better under pressure". According to the manufacturer, the group has production plants in Italy and North Macedonia and distribution centres, including in Germany, the USA and Poland, and supplies its products to more than 50 countries.

What we offer
4SP hoses to EN 856 - four spiral steel braids, for hydraulic systems with high peak pressure and heavy working conditions.
4SH hoses to EN 856 - four spiral steel braids in larger diameters (DN20-DN40), up to 385 bar.
R15 Teknospir hoses - a high-pressure hose up to 420 bar with a four- or six-layer steel reinforcement, for the most demanding systems.
The core of the hoses is resistant to mineral and vegetable hydraulic oils and glycol, and the synthetic rubber cover to oils, abrasion and weather conditions.
Vitillo TEKNO 1SN single wire braid hydraulic hose (EN 853 1SN, SAE 100 R1AT) for medium pressure hydraulic systems and return lines. Available in 11 sizes (DN05-DN50), working pressure 40-250 bar, temperature from -40°C to +100°C (intermittent +125°C).
Vitillo TEKNO 2SN double wire braid hydraulic hose (EN 853 2SN, SAE 100 R2AT) for medium-high pressure hydraulic systems, return and suction lines. Available in 11 sizes (DN05-DN50), working pressure 90-415 bar, temperature from -40°C to +100°C (intermittent +125°C).

Synthetic rubber inner tube resistant to oils and biodegradable hydraulic fluids, reinforcement of four high-tensile steel spirals, abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber cover. 4 sizes (DN20-DN40), working pressures 300-420 bar, temperature range -40°C to +100°C (short-term up to +125°C).
Vitillo TEKNOSPIR 4SP hydraulic hose (EN 856 4SP, ISO 3862 4SP) for high-pressure hydraulic systems. Synthetic rubber inner tube resistant to oils and biodegradable hydraulic fluids, reinforcement of four high-tensile steel spirals, abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber cover. 3 sizes (DN10, DN12, DN16), working pressures 400-460 bar, temperature range -40°C to +100°C (short-term up to +125°C).
Single Vitillo TEKNOSPIR R15 hydraulic hose (SAE 100 R15, ISO 3862 R15) for high-pressure hydraulic systems, in size DN25. Synthetic rubber inner tube resistant to oils and biodegradable hydraulic fluids, reinforced with four high-strength steel spirals, abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber cover. Working pressure 420 bar, temperature range -40°C to +121°C (intermittent up to +125°C).
When choosing a hose, check the type of medium (hydraulic oil), the working temperature, the working pressure with a margin for pressure peaks, the nominal diameter (DN) matched to the flow rate and the minimum bending radius at the installation point. 4SP and 4SH hoses have four spiral steel braids and are intended for systems with high peak pressure, and the R15 Teknospir hose for even higher pressures and heavy duty. Choose the DN size according to the flow, not the diameter of the end fitting. Vitillo S.p.A. was founded in 1991 and has come a long way from a small garage business to one of the leaders of the power hydraulics market. The group is vertically integrated: from design and production to the distribution of fittings, adapters, hoses and shaped tubes, and the products are designed and tested by the company itself. In 2015 the group strengthened its international presence with distribution centres, including in Poland. Vitillo France was later created after the acquisition of Sarl Soc Hydro, and for the expansion and modernisation of its plants the company obtained EUR 15 million in financing from Intesa Sanpaolo and SACE.
Vitillo end fittings and ferrules
For hydraulic hoses you can choose crimp end fittings, ferrules and couplings from the Hose fittings and Nipples sections at RATEBO, including ferrules for hoses marked VITILLO. The end fitting, ferrule and hose must come from a compatible set, and crimping is done on the proper tool, following the manufacturer's recommendations.
