The 4SH hose is designed for high-pressure hydraulic systems and demanding operating conditions. Four steel wire spiral layers provide high pressure resistance, and the synthetic rubber inner tube is resistant to oils and biodegradable hydraulic fluids. The cover is resistant to abrasion and ozone. The hose operates in a temperature range from -40°C to +100°C, with short-term peaks up to +125°C.
In addition to the standard version (synthetic rubber), the manufacturer offers Evergreen (EV) covers with increased resistance to abrasion and ozone, and Forever (FV) covers - synthetic rubber coated with polyethylene, with extreme resistance to abrasion, ozone and UV radiation. When selecting a Vitillo 4SH hose, determine: (1) the maximum working pressure of the system - it depends on the size, from 420 bar for DN20 to 300 bar for DN40, and the minimum burst pressure is four times the working pressure; (2) the required inside diameter - resulting from the flow rate and flow velocity; (3) the minimum bend radius - important for installation; (4) the operating temperature range of the medium and the surroundings.
