General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the RATEBO store. The store is owned by RATEBO sp. z o.o. based in Poland.
Definitions
Store - B2B platform at ratebo.com.
Customer - entity submitting a quote request.
Goods - hoses, fittings and hydraulic accessories.
Placing Orders
Customer submits an inquiry through the "Order" form. Within 2 business hours the store confirms price and availability by email.
Prices and Payments
Prices are in PLN net. Payment is made by bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice. Shipping charged individually.
Complaints
Complaints are accepted in writing to [email protected]. Resolution time - 14 business days.
Personal Data
Personal data processing rules are defined in the Privacy Policy.
Final Provisions
Matters not regulated herein are governed by the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Electronic Services.
