M-FLEX hoses in the RATEBO range
M-FLEX is a brand of industrial and hydraulic hoses. At RATEBO you will find selected M-FLEX hoses for industrial applications as well as hydraulic hoses. For each product we give parameters from the manufacturer's datasheets in the variant table: diameters, working and burst pressure, weight, bending radius and temperature range, and where possible also a product datasheet in PDF.
What we offer
Multi-purpose EPDM hoses (M-FLEX PRIME) - for compressed air, cold and hot water and non-aggressive chemicals, for working pressures up to 20 bar.
Hoses for fuels and oils (TEXTOIL) - discharge lines with a core resistant to fuels and oils, for working pressures up to 20 bar, also in the small diameter DN3.2 to DIN 73379.
Suction and discharge hoses for fuels and oils (PETROL S/D) - larger diameters (DN25-DN63) for transferring petroleum products, up to 10 bar.
Air hoses (LONG-AIR) - an air line for air containing oil, for pressures up to 20 bar.
Hoses for cooling systems (COOLER) - discharge lines for cooling circuits in diameters DN06-DN25.
Hydraulic hoses 4SP - lines with spiral steel braids to EN 856 for power hydraulic systems.
M-FLEX TEXTOIL delivery hose for fuels and oils, up to 20 bar (burst 60 bar), from -35°C to +100°C, with a smooth NBR inner tube and a single textile braid. Sizes DN06-DN25.
M-FLEX PETROL S/D suction and delivery hose for fuels, oils and other petroleum products (up to 50% aromatic compounds), up to 10 bar (burst 30 bar), vacuum -0.92 bar, from -30°C to +70°C, with a conductive NBR inner tube and a wire spiral. Sizes DN25-DN63.
Hose for hydraulic systems with high peak pressure and severe operating conditions. Inner tube: special synthetic rubber resistant to mineral and vegetable hydraulic oils and glycol. Cover: special synthetic rubber resistant to hydraulic oils, abrasion and weather conditions. Reinforcement: 4 high-tensile steel wire braids.
Universal EPDM M-FLEX PRIME delivery hose for air, cold and hot water and non-aggressive chemicals, up to 20 bar (burst pressure 60 bar), from -40°C to +120°C, antistatic (2×10³ Ω), with a single textile braid. Sizes DN06-DN25.
When choosing a hose, check above all the type of medium (air, water, fuel, oil), the working temperature, the working pressure with a margin for pressure fluctuations and the nominal diameter (DN) matched to the flow rate. For fuels and oils choose lines with a core resistant to the given medium, and where the hose works under suction, the suction and discharge type with a spiral. 4SP hydraulic hoses are intended for power hydraulic systems, while industrial and petroleum hoses are for air, water, fuel and oil installations, so do not swap them with each other. In the tables you can narrow the list with the DN diameter filter, and after clicking a SKU you will see the full set of variant parameters.
Markings on the hoses
M-FLEX hoses have a print on the cover with the line name, size, hose type and working pressure, for example "M-FLEX PRIME DN 13 MULTIPURPOSE EPDM HOSE W.P. 20 bar". This makes it easier to identify the line and its parameters in service. As the SKU we use the designations from the RATEBO range, and you will find the manufacturer's codes in the search as alternative codes.
End fittings, quotations and orders
For hydraulic hoses you can choose crimp end fittings, ferrules and couplings from the Hose fittings and Nipples sections at RATEBO. The end fitting, ferrule and hose must come from a compatible set, and crimping is done on the proper tool, following the manufacturer's recommendations.
