Applications
The R15 hose is designed for high-pressure hydraulic systems and harsh working conditions. Four spiral steel braids provide high pressure resistance, and the synthetic rubber inner tube is resistant to oils and biodegradable hydraulic fluids. The cover is resistant to abrasion and ozone. The hose operates in a temperature range from -40°C to +121°C, with intermittent rises to +125°C.
Cover versions
In addition to the standard version (synthetic rubber), the manufacturer offers Evergreen (EV) covers with increased resistance to abrasion and ozone, and Forever (FV) - synthetic rubber coated with polyethylene, with extreme resistance to abrasion, ozone and UV radiation. The standard version is included in the offer; ask about the other versions.
Product selection
When selecting a Vitillo R15 hose, determine: (1) the maximum working pressure of the system - 420 bar for this size, and the minimum burst pressure is four times the working pressure (1680 bar); (2) the required inside diameter - resulting from flow capacity and flow velocity; (3) the minimum bend radius - 330 mm for DN25; (4) the operating temperature range of the medium and the surroundings.
