MultiPRESS SUPER 2K SMOOTH EN 857 hose - DN06-DN25, up to 450 bar

The hose is used for hydraulic oils, mineral oils, glycol-based oils, polyglycol, synthetic esters and water in hydraulic systems with high working pressures. MultiPRESS SUPER 2K SMOOTH features extreme flexibility, longer service life and enhanced technical parameters, and its strength exceeds the requirements of EN 857 2SC. The small bend radius and the smooth, ozone-resistant cover perform well in tight machine installations, in mobile and stationary hydraulics, in the temperature range from -50°C to +125°C.

When selecting a MultiPRESS SUPER 2K SMOOTH hose, determine: (1) the maximum working pressure of the system - it depends on the size, from 450 bar for DN06 to 230 bar for DN25, and the burst pressure is four times the working pressure; (2) the required inside diameter - resulting from the flow capacity and flow velocity; (3) the minimum bend radius - important when installing in tight spaces; (4) the operating temperature range of the medium and the surroundings. Crimp fittings, ferrules and connectors for the 2K hose can be selected in the Crimp Fittings and Nipples sections. The fitting, ferrule and hose must come from a compatible set, and crimping is carried out with the correct tool, in accordance with the manufacturer recommendations.
