Applications

Standard 1SN hoses are among the most popular types of hydraulic hose. They are used in hydraulic systems with medium working pressures and convey working media such as hydraulic oil, mineral oil and water. The MultiPRESS 1SN hose is very flexible and its parameters exceed the requirements of EN 853 1SN. The construction with a single steel wire braid and a synthetic rubber cover performs well in mobile and stationary hydraulics, in variable operating conditions (-40°C to +110°C).

Product selection

When selecting a MultiPRESS 1SN hose, determine: (1) the maximum working pressure of the system - it depends on the size, from 225 bar for DN06 to 63 bar for DN32, and the burst pressure is four times the working pressure; (2) the required inside diameter - resulting from the flow capacity and flow velocity; (3) the minimum bend radius - important when installing in tight spaces; (4) the operating temperature range of the medium and the surroundings. Compatibility

The MultiPRESS 1SN hose is compatible with universal 1SN/SC ferrules, universal 1SC/1SN/2SC ferrules and universal 1SN/2SC/2SN ferrules. Crimp fittings, ferrules and connectors can be selected in the Crimp Fittings and Nipples sections. The fitting, ferrule and hose must come from a compatible set, and crimping is carried out with the correct tool, in accordance with the manufacturer recommendations.
