Marking

The hose is marked along its entire length with white lettering continuously inkjet-printed directly on the cover (for sizes above DN32 the lettering is on a mylar tape): "SEMPERIT (S) PLW20 Luft/Wasser Air/Water WP 20 bar/BP 60 bar DN MADE IN EU //////", where "DN" stands for the inside diameter of the given size. WP is the working pressure, BP the burst pressure.

Applications

Flexible hose for conveying compressed air and water in industry, trade and on building sites. It works well for supplying pneumatic tools (guns and impact wrenches), stationary and mobile compressors, plastering units and shotcrete machines, and on construction machinery.

Notes

The hose can be secured with clamp bands or permanently crimped in thermoplastic crimp ferrules (smooth inside, they do not damage the reinforcement). We sell it in any length, the factory coil is 50 m. The manufacturer also offers larger sizes (DN38-DN75) on request.
